Literally nothing working!

Ok im new to the game I have completed all the tutorials I've battled a number of times against the AI and a number times against other players.Issue 1-I can't gain any new cards even when I click gain it resets when I press create. 2-I can't join the championship it says I have to play 15regular games, WTH is a "regular" ive played numerous times against the AI and other users but when I play against players it says "friendly" game. 3-None of the"quests"work ,the elemental raid none of my victories count, the treasure hunter?there was no where to click to fight him, seriously wth is going on with this game?

Sorry to hear your having some troubles.
Few things first that I might be able to help you with.
can I have a bit more info , so we can help you the best way
Using app or desktop?

1. - You have the correct amount of pts to buy booster packs or singles.
the (buy)button isnt working or is greyed out?

2. Your profile shows Zero games against human players. ( regular games)
If your games are locked to "friendly" you have either selected the checkbox
or you are playing against someone on the same network as you like an office or home .

3.You were in the lobby?
you selected the elemental icons and your victory(s) were not counting?
Same for Treasure hunter , you were clicking on the treasure chest and it wasn't activating the game?

I've figured out the bulk of I can fight other players and ive joined the tournament, the issue left is elemental storm and treasure I can't seem engage those quests I dont know what im doing wrong were I should click or anything

Never mind I figured it out, but having to leave a championship that goes on for days to do these things is JUST silly

Good to hear you up and running.

You can join and leave/quit championship at anytime without penalty as long as you still in current phase.
Maybe the wording is quiet strong for a new player reading (quit). - "leave championship mode" could work
