I've been having this problem for some time now and I wanted to know if everyone has this message, or if it's just me that gets the, "This page is not secure." message.

It depends on the address you use to open the game, there's 2 :
http://www.tripletriadflashonline.com
https://www.tripletriadflashonline.com

Note the 's' at the beginning of the 2nd address, it stands for 'secure'. It means the website's identity is verified, which is safer. While it's good to have it on your bank's website, or buying or paying online, there's very little risk that someone ever try to counterfeit TTFO ^^ so nothing to worry about.
