Error: "Ooops Something Went Wrong!"

I was playing a Championship game and then it became a "No Gain" "Friendly Game" when I checked the Championship it now displays "Ooops something went wrong the game may not work properly from now on." the error was reported automatically, has anyone had the same issue and will my account be fixed?

Under the "Your progression" tab the white circle for vtps keeps filling up and then restarting in an endless loop.

Issue Fixed: After the championship progressed to the "Final Stage" phase.
